Mesdames et Messieurs, Je suis très honoré de la possibilité qui m’a été offerte d’être ici et de partager avec vous mes expériences et réflexions. Depuis longtemps beaucoup relie nos pays, l’Algérie et la Pologne. Nous gardons toujours la mémoire d’une longue et efficace coopération dans le domaine de la science et de l’enseignement, ainsi que dans le domaine de l’économie. Cette coopération est symbolisée par un économiste polonais, professeur Czesław Bobrowski. En Pologne, nous observons avec intérêt les transformations qui s’effectuent en Algérie. Il est important de cultiver ces bonnes traditions. |

Poszukiwania nowych obszarów badawczych we współczesnej teorii gospodarki usług nie mogą sprowadzać się tylko do mniej lub bardziej trafnej ich identyfikacji. Istotne jest bowiem nie tylko, co się bada, ale także, jak to się bada. To z kolei przyczynia się do otwierania nowych perspektyw poznawczych. Ogromną rolę odgrywa przy tym umiejętność wykorzystywania innowacyjnych technik i narzędzi badawczych. W ostatecznym rezultacie wszystko to prowadzi do zmian w metodologii, rozumianej jako określony sposób uprawiania tych badań /praktyki badawczej/. |

There is not one model of the market economy /”golden standard”/. There are no universal or eternal models of the market economy or ways of its pursuit. There are several variable forms. Generally we can distinguish two historically variable mutations of these models: the Euro-Atlantic and the Asian model. This further supports the need to analyze the experience of Asian countries and to discard the dominance of a Eurocentric orientation. Departing from this assumption, analysts of Asian countries in the past few decades have rightly observed that there exist certain interrelations between the different cultural models and the processes of domestic market transformations. It is only a right combination of the two as well as observance of an appropriate time sequence that enable enterprise development in different countries in various cultural zones. |
